🚚 Delivery Coverage

Thalirila proudly delivers authentic Kerala and Indian groceries across the United Kingdom, including England, Wales and most regions of Scotland.

Deliveries to remote locations, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other restricted postal zones may require additional transit time and additional delivery charges.

If you are unsure whether delivery is available in your area, please contact our Customer Support Team before placing your order.

📅 Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 Noon are normally delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 Noon may be processed on the following working day.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are generally processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Deliveries are not made on UK Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, weather and delivery location.

To ensure reliable nationwide delivery, Thalirila works with trusted courier partners including:

• DPD

Courier selection may vary depending on destination, parcel size, parcel weight and product type.

💷 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Parcel weight and dimensions
• Order value
• Product type

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

• Total shipment weight exceeds 30kg.
• Total order value is below £50.
• The delivery address is in Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands, islands or other remote locations.

Any applicable delivery charges will always be displayed during checkout before payment.

❄ Frozen Product Packaging

Orders containing frozen products include a £2.99 Frozen Product Packaging Charge.

This covers insulated packaging and cooling materials required to maintain product quality during transportation.

This charge applies to every frozen order regardless of order value or delivery location.

📦 Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers can monitor delivery progress directly from their Thalirila account or through the courier tracking link where available.

👤 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email address.
• Be available to receive deliveries where required.
• Inspect delivered items immediately upon receipt.

Thalirila cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by customers.

❌ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details:

• The courier may attempt redelivery.
• The parcel may be redirected to a nearby collection point.
• Additional delivery charges may apply.

Frozen and perishable products may not be eligible for replacement or refund where delivery fails due to customer-related reasons.

⏳ Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Road closures
• Courier network delays
• Public holidays
• Peak seasonal demand
• Industrial action or operational issues

Thalirila shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

📷 Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

Please report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 3 working days of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

• Order Number
• Photographs of the parcel and products
• Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
• Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
