Payments Policy

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and international payments processed securely via Stripe.
Additional payment methods such as UPI, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery may be available where applicable and will be shown during checkout.

Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS along with your order details.

If your payment fails and the amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days. You can retry placing the order.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline mentioned in our Refund Policy.

Yes, we use secure and encrypted payment gateways. All payments are processed through Stripe and we do not store your card details on our servers.

All transactions are processed in GBP (£ – British Pound Sterling) by default.
If you are paying from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion charges.
